The perfect cafetiere
- Use 20g of coffee
- Pour freshly boiled water & stir
- Wait 3-5 minutes and plunge
- Make 200ml of coffee
- Allow to go completely cold
- Pour into a blender with 50ml of milk with 2 or 3 handfuls of ice and maple syrup
- Blend until smooth and foamy
- Pour into a chilled tall glass
